The Thursday night community classes at Heart & Hands (851 Cormorant St.) continue until June 20th and then will break for the summer.
The dancing with integrity sessions include various dance improvisation and creative movement activities. The focus is on having fun, being curious, and renewing how we want to be with ourselves, each other, and the world. No prior dance experience needed.
